You recently asked your IT Department to change your Display Name or Job Title in your Outlook signature. But after a while, when you click new email or reply an email, the info is still the same, you might need to do the following..

For Outlook 2010:

1. Click File

2. Select Options

3. Click the Signature button

4. When the “Signatures and Stationery” windows pops up, you might noticed that everything else is grayed out. This is normal if your company’s Group Policy is to disabled the modification of signature, well in order to standardize the “Company’s” image.. 🙂

Well, just click the OK button. And close everything. Restart your Outlook and try create/reply an email. It should display the latest updated one.
If you want to re-enabled the grayed out buttons, I’ll show you the trick in my next post.
